I incorporated the Renaissance Lending Group, LLC in March of 2007 after spending 4 years in the lending industry originating and processing.  We purposely do not have a processor process the loans for us.  As a result, we now have well-honed working relationships with lenders, underwriters, appraisers and title companies as well as extensive knowledge about mortgage lending.
